1426966	2016-10-05 19:22:00	Friend asked me to fix her PC, wifi not working. In fact it is. It doesn't like the password. Eventually I found out, her son had contacted Spark (after being given authority on her account) and been "stepped through" changing it. Why? And why him? Anyway, OK, but he changed the modem password too....awesome, so we were locked out. On phoning him, he said the wifi pasword was xxx but sometimes he had to use the other one XXX instead. Other one?! So I look at his laptop and sure enough he isn't connected to her wifi on her modem. Its another one. How bizarre...it can't be the neighbours, that one didn't show up at all when I scanned for available networks on my friends PC. Anyway, he was wrong on both counts, both passwords were not accepted so I had to factory reset the modem and start over. I said she should take control, not other people who don't know what they are doing.	pctek (84)
