1429176 2016-12-03 02:20:00 Remember that hijacker I had? Zemana killed it in the end, but beats me WHERE exactly it was, I had nothing in the browser, nothing in all the usuall files, registry etc.
Nothing else found it, not even HJT.

Still bugs me that I don't know where it hid.

1429179 2016-12-03 06:11:00 Wainuitech .... Ive done all those things ..

Rebooted and when the problem came again the comp went silly and I had to crash it ... attached messages (capture and capture1) ... so I left it for half an hour turned off and still, when I open Facebook, its sweet, click on email link to come to this page, sweet, open google and search (for anything) search comes up fine .. click on a search entry and malware starts pinging up messages like the attached (capture2)

Next?? or am I stuffed :) :(

1429180 2016-12-03 06:45:00 looks like you have Reimage on your system malwaretips.com having gone through most of the cleanup steps time to hit it with a bigger hammer

If you are using Chrome Browser backup your favorites if need be and get rid of it with Revo, run c-cleaner both cleaner and Registry cleaner afterwards to get rid of any leftovers

Download Chrome again and add your backup

1429182 2016-12-03 09:07:00 Reimage is a PITA big time, it also brings in all sorts of other rubbish with it. The warnings it puts in are completely fake, designed to panic the person and extract $$ from them.

There is another that's doing the rounds as well, similar warnings, usually it locks up your browser, you cant close it normally, even over rides all shortcuts ( like ctrl +F4) to close the window. Only way to get rid of it is open task manager, end task on the browser, then clean out the temp files with Ccleaner, if you don't clean out the temp files it will pop right back instantly you open any browser.

1429183 2016-12-03 21:41:00 Reimage is a PITA big time,r.

OK .. so .. sorry if Im not getting something .. I ran all those tools .. and its still there ..

The article posted about it in this thread states clearly IN THAT ORDER ...

Should I go back to the beginning of that list of tools and do it all again ... ending with a run of CCleaner??

I cant work on my farm on ZYNGA it just wont load :(

1429184 2016-12-03 21:55:00 I take your web browser is Chrome? ,if you are not using a Ad blocker this is where things like that come from

Quickest way is to uninstall Chrome, run those cleaners again them install Chrome again and install the best Ad Blocker for chrome(I don't use chrome so some one else could recommend)
