OK to kick a policeman in the head in a meth fuelled rage, only 10 months home detention. Read how it has affected the policeman. Are these judges mad?

1427550 2016-10-17 21:08:00 But what name could they legally use? I have known people that had different names. Island folk have island names, abbreviated names, English names, etc. One of my step dad's had a long German name. He shortened it to make it pronounceable and palpable to englanders he used to say. He used that name twice when charged for speeding, as Germans are used to high speeds.

Also if someone else has the same name then that could cause issues. Years ago we taunted a mate as we saw his name listed for DIC's when the NZ Herald use to print offenders. But indeed it was not him.

Ps. if we had the law-of-moses back, who would return the kick, not the policeman surely.
