| 694223 | 2008-08-02 03:37:00 | Having problems with the DVD writer reading disks from time to time. It is a a problem that is inconsistently happening. After inserting a disk the lights on the DVD blink as though it is trying to read the disk and then nothing happens. I check in My computer by clinking on the DVD Write and it pops up a msg pane saying "Insert Disk" when the disk is already in it. Any clues what i can do to remedy the problem apart from replace the Disk Drive?. The machine is not that old but is out of the warranty period :( |
