693973 2008-08-01 00:21:00 Can I use the CD Key (English ver) to install (and activate) a different language version of Vista? Because my mate wants to change her newly bought laptop Vista Home (English, of course) to Korean.

Please advise.

693975 2008-08-01 01:26:00 This may help (windowshelp.microsoft.com)

Or here (www.microsoft.com)

See if its under select your language (select the country first)

I dont think you can select a different language, even with the English version of XP during the install.

Altho, it looks like the files here are only for Windows XP / Office 03, not Vista

I would say if you want Korean you may have to buy the Korean version
