693895 2008-07-31 10:27:00 My very elderly HP Laserjet 4M seems finally to be expiring - mainly endless paper misfeeds. It's an opportunity to look at colour laser printers, now that they have dropped to an affordable price. I definitely want auto duplex too, which seems to point me toward the Canon Laser Shot LBP-5100. Has anyone got any comments to offer on this printer, or any other useful suggestions? tinakarori (5695)

Though I understand there's no Vista drivers for it.

693897 2008-07-31 23:13:00 i have the LBP-5000 which i do cards and labels on mostly. does the job fairly well, prints resonably quick. i havn't tried photos on the proper paper yet but just on plain paper it prints them out quite well.
tho its only USB, i had a lok at ethernet card for them but they cost $$$$. however i see the latest printers are starting to come out with ethernet connection with no increase in cost.

Fuji Xerox make nice printers.
