442469 2006-03-31 09:32:00 I just rung sky and they have a message saying that some customers are still experiencing picture problems and they have very high call activity.
Maybe the satellite might die again what do you think, is anyone else having problems with it.

442471 2006-03-31 10:27:00 Same here i think the existing picture problems are in the north island but whos worried about them. Hitech (9024)
442472 2006-03-31 10:28:00 Wow, I hope their satellite falls over again.
They promised free to air rugby tonight even giving instructions on how to tune into UHF, but failed to deliver when their precious Optus 3 came back online.
I'm tired of broken promises. Us non-sky people were really looking forward to that after an entré of cricket awards Friday night - but it wasn't rugby, was it?
Never again will I believe anything that Sky says, always conceding that they had a perfect right to re-encript their signal when it suited them regardless of any promises of free to air that they may have made (yes, they promised free to air Super 14 rugby specifically on their web site.)
Don't trust Telecom either. They promised increased speeds to ppl. without them having to pay any more for it. Just check that out with your internet retailer and see if they agree! Like Sky, that have corporate rights and the're stiking to them. Grrrr :annoyed:

442473 2006-03-31 10:32:00 Sky was only ever going to provide free to air rugby while their satellite was down as it was done for the benefit of the digital subscribers who had nothing for one night.
Maybe prime which is free to air will show live rugby tomorrow they usually do on saturdays.

442474 2006-03-31 10:35:00 Here we go 9.15pm tomorrow night on prime crusaders v hurricanes but its not live but still its free to air. Hitech (9024)
442475 2006-03-31 10:51:00 live free to air rugby was only going to happen if the satellite was still down at the start of the rugby weekend.....but they got it back up in time.....but who would have wanted to watch the lousy blues....

am in the middle of NI here and sky is back up and working brilliantly, even the program guide is even better now compared to what it used to be..

guess the satellite reboot did alot of good :D (got me a day's credit too yay lol)
