| 694158 | 2008-08-01 09:51:00 | You mean the balloon tips? If you do go here (http://www.dougknox.com/) Click on XP fixes, ctrl-F, search for balloon, click the XP balloon tips link / right mouse save as. Run it It disable balloon tips for everything, not just the security centre |
