| 694052 | 2008-08-01 08:25:00 | Get it from the Microsoft download center (http://download.microsoft.com) Search for Vista SP1. I say this because Xnet have an akamai server, in which content from the MS download center is on. Vista SP1 SHOULD be on it. If downloaded from akamai, it_SHOULD_be counted as local traffic. No guarantees though, as Xnet have no control of what is actually stored on akamai. Note that windows update DOES NOT appear to use akamai. |

I'm pretty sure I didnt see it change from 1.4 GB (what it was before I got the DVD iso), to 3.2 GB on Xnet's usage monitor. It stayed at 1.4. Unless the monitor was way behind, in updating |
