| 693965 | 2008-08-01 00:15:00 | Hi all, We have mailmarshal as our spam server and for the past few weeks the mmreceiver.exe service stops and I have to restart it thorugh services.msc. I have attached 2 pics, event log for the errors and error details. I also found this link (esupport.softek.co.uk) but m a little hesitant to try it at the moment. | 693967 | 2008-08-01 04:07:00 | Just had a closer look and the current version of the cartridge.dll thats running is 3048.0.6.16 and the version that available from the link provided is 3046.1.3.16 which seems like its an older version. And according to this site (www.marshal.com) version 3048.0.4.13 is the one with issues and version 3048.0.6.16 is suppose to fix it. But this new version keeps crashing at my end. I think its time to email support@marshal.com :) Cheers for your reply speedy |
