If it were otherwise the talkback and public opinion columns would be full of moaning. Instead they talk about dog chipping, speeding tickets, and ungrateful beneficiaries. Not really.All my friends care about the issue its just too expensive for them so they all use dialup and its very slow and they become quite frustrated |
