| 694503 | 2008-08-03 05:50:00 | A friend has asked me to help out. I feel a little anxious/apprehensive. The problem is apparently (and I haven't yet looked at her computer) that her email can't be accessed (she can access the internet though). She contacted Telecom and was told the solution was to uninstall/reinstall IE6. Apparently, she doesn't use Outlook Express, but goes in through IE6 (??). IE6 doesn't look intuitive to uninstall - so thought I would run the problem past you guys. :help: Your comments would be appreciated - as always/ :) Cheers R.M. |

| 694504 | 2008-08-03 05:56:00 | She probably uses webmail (on Xtra's site using IE) to check email. Just find the IE 6 install file on the MS site, (if it still exists), and reinstall it. Or update to IE 7. If its XP. |
