Besides chuck it on a sata header, to see if its working. or check the connections on the external case It is plugged into a USB port right, not a USB hub? Does the BIOS see it tho?? Somewhere?? Does it appear in device manager under hard drives? |

| 695521 | 2008-08-07 03:24:00 | the only way to know if it's the drive or the case will be to pull it out and connect it directly to the PC. if you already broke one warranty sticker I doubt it will matter if you break anything else |
