| 449428 | 2006-04-25 22:24:00 | We often bang away here complaining about the shocking slow speeds of broadband in NZ. Well I am in Germany at the moment, on broardband, a new machine, in a new house, in a new area (so supposedly good pipes). The broadband at present at night is so bad its barely usable. This page took many F5's to refresh to load and about 15 minutes to use. Anyway talking to others around they say the same things, about the appalling speed at night. This isn't including the infuriating German keyboard with its moved letters and changes! BTW If I want to send a message to a cell phone in NZ do I prefix it with 0064? So 0064-021 or 0064-21 ? Thanks |

Phone - 0064 21 etc. etc. Likewise, for a landline say 04 4444444 in NZ you'd go: 0064 4 4444444 I'd double check that the international access code in Germany is 00 - it may be different (hence why phone numbers are usually stated +64 21 ....etc. |
