| 447260 | 2006-04-19 00:53:00 | how long does it usually take to cancel a woosh account? Do u just ring them up and say u want to cancel it and will they do it straight away? Do u have to go to ur bank and cancel ur direct debit or do u have to wait until woosh debits the part monthly bill then cancel it or will WOOSH cancel the direct debit? | lance4k (4644) | ||

If you're unlucky like me they might charge you another months usage when your account is cancelled at which point you have to ring them back about 5 times before they'll refund you your money. | E|im (87) | ||
