I have found First In to be Ok but delivery from about 100km away seems to take about 3 weeks each time I ordered something and appears to be related to poor carriers like P B Transport. One place I think people should stay away from is SupercheapComputers (Global Computers.} |

Pitt Street Auckland As per other forums on here will show how if anything goes wrong under warranty they dont want to replace. They sold me a defective mother board and advised me to log into their website to make a claim against the items you purchased. I clicked on their link and Blow me days they removed all my purchase information. And they dont give you a reciept I thought that you were entitled to a record of your items bought.? As they dont give you a detailed reciept. Then you have the fighting to get your money back like many others have found. If Fair Go had a look at the forums about SuperCheap Computers there would im sure be far more dissatisfied customers there that First In has. A least First In admitted to some problems but I dont recall SuperCheap doing that. |

One lady had ordered an anti static mat to put under her computer. The suppliers just sent her and ordinary rubber floor mat which had foot prints all over it from people walking on it. Trevor :) |

Goods sent directly from supplier is the norm for this type of operation. Firstin have no excuse, they are the retailer, they are responsible. Perhaps no reputable suppliers will deal with Firstin. |

Trevor :) You believe what he said?! Ever since they opened they've been saying that . Well, if it was true, who selected the suppliers? They did . Did they do anything about it? No, and I bet anything that bleat message they put up on the website is a direct result of those 2 going to Fair Go . Remeber Fair Go airs an item quite some time after the initial complaints are sent in to them . They are full of it, always have been . As for being honest and leaving the complaints on their forum, they only leave some of them . I posted a comment on there pointing out a few things and they deleted it . And I wouldn't be surprised if he is using the rubbish suppliers - he wouldn't get an account with anyone decent after the amount of money he owes them from PC Company . He owed Ingram Micro hundreds of thousands . They have debt insurance so they didn't go broke as a result but they weren't his only supplier . |
