It always surprised me they did it, let alone for no charge. It's a big time consumer, imagine how much time they must have tied up to be able to do that.

Would have thought they included labour in parts margin,as I am sure PC and Wainui do.

One of the main reasons as told to me by the guy who use to assemble the PCs for them was the miss match of parts like graphics cards not fitting mbs etc.

The numbers matter. The new 4870 is really crap, has about half the performance of the 8800GTX.
