450532 2006-04-29 05:25:00 Floppy drives can come in handy.

I like it - sounds fine to me, jealous of your CPU, I would have picked a different brand DVD is all......

I wonder how people without floppy drives flash their bios. Shag about with CD's I suppose.

DVD was just a random choice. I've found they are all about the same. They all work. (maybe)

450536 2006-04-29 06:03:00 Nice PC JJJJJJ. Very nice. Mine is also from Ascent, and I have been very happy with it. Good on ya for getting a floppy - still useful at times. My wife's laptop does not have a floppy so I renamed the USB mem stick to be A drive so that I could install a program that required a floppy (as registration). Strommer (42)

I do . With a USB key .

Just as long as the bios can boot from USB2 devices, you can flash the BIOS .

The key may come with a cd (this one did), to make it bootable / a system disk .
