There does seem to be a disproportionate amount of space dedicated to them, and on how to edit your digital video or modify your digital images. Why not spin off a 3-monthly publication devoted to digital cams, etc?? Personally, I'd like to see a little more info regarding business products. I can't even remember the last time Server 2K3 or Exchange or (any) SQL server got a mention. |

While I like PCW and enjoy reading it every month, sometimes "dumming down" with baaaaasic articles annoy me. For example, page 86, about scanning old photos: :yuck: There should be a warning "For dolts only!" BBC's Click (Online) TV program can sometimes be the same. Oh well, I guess some people are rank beginners who hardly know how to turn on a PC or how to open the case of their digcam! |

| 450355 | 2006-05-04 01:33:00 | Hi there guys. Nearly finished and then the first to ask can have it. Not much on the CD either. Looks like the DVD idea has died a natural. In the sidebar of "Ed's Notes" (April 2006, page 11), it says, "To cut a long story short, the outcome was that we’re going to run with a cover DVD every quarter (with the next instalments appearing in June, September and December) and a CD with the remaining editions." Look out for the DVD in the next issue! :nerd: |

Despite having had a DVD at the time I subscribed, it looks like it's back to a CD every month now.
