How can I turn them off?

697347 2008-08-15 00:15:00 Programs and Features in Control Panel

Select Yahoo Toolbar, then click uninstall and then Google Toolbar and click uninstall after Yahoo has uninstalled.

697348 2008-08-15 00:26:00 Thanks for that.

I have found that going onto Internet Explorer props, you can disable both toolbars. I should have checked before posting my inquiry.
