697306 2008-08-14 21:45:00 Hi guys,

I'm trying to access the Calendar Attendant (or its settings at least) to make a few changes.

I have been through some MS documentation but can't for the life of me find the calendar attendant?

Can anyone help with this?

Incidently, I am logged in as domain admin on the Exchange Server and I'm using the Exchange Management Console.

Thanks in advance.

697307 2008-08-15 04:02:00 Ok.... so we don't have any Exchange gurus out there.

What I'm trying to do is get into the Calendar Attendant settings to see if I can disable automatic notifications for meeting request forwards.

Basically, when a user receives a meeting request and a dlegate of that user forwards the meeting on... the originator of the meeting request will receive an email saying that "you meeting request has been forwarded to the following recipients.... blah blah... "recipients name here"

I want to disable this forward notification...

Thanks in advance.

697309 2008-08-15 22:09:00 Thanks Speedy but I've read that one already... I'm lead to believe that the feature I'm talking about is a Security feature in Exchange 2007 (this was not available in Exchange 2003) Basically it tell the meeting originator if a meeting has been forwarded to someone who was not in the original request.

It seems you cannot disable that function without disabling the Calandar assistant functions as well.

Cheers....

I'll still keep looking though...
