452528 2006-05-06 03:16:00 remember when sky's satellie went down and ppl with mysky couldn't playback their shows they recording cuz they needed the satellite. sky said they'll fix it by releasing an update. have they fixed it yet? lance4k (4644)
452529 2006-05-06 04:01:00 It's not a problem for Sky. It affects only their customers. :D Graham L (2)
452530 2006-05-06 05:03:00 Nice people at sky. I got a $2 something credit from them to compensate me for loss of signal.

The following month I receive a notification that my monthly charge will rise by $2 somthing from next month

What makes you think it was "broken"?

452532 2006-05-06 08:28:00 It was reported on this forum that by setting MySky to channel 999 enabled the viewing OK when the satellite was down.

lance4k, are you now saying that is not the case, because if its correct then it's not broken and does not need fixing.
