Must be low income earner or otherwise underprivelaged. 400Mhz Computers Mostly with memory internal graphics and Floppy Drives Add Monitor/HardDisk/Possibly CD/DVD as required. Only one per person and must have veriable proof of low income status Must also have proof that what says your are low income belongs to you. Children, Students, Poor, Retired who are underprivelaged are welcome to a machine, only one per household ideally. Email admin@digitalbuilder.co.nz - system will require true email which will be verified, i use more like a 'Email 1.1 standard' which requires authenticiation. |

Nothing is free sounds plasuable as interactions may occur, some things are offered more fairly. Please no one attack gifts to the poor, that is unmerciful. |
