As Terry says, they are rotters. (sub-humans)

They are doing the abusing because of the hopelessness caused by waiting government inaction on getting the problems they have solved. Individuals should actually take charge and do something about their lot. The poor victims at the refuges are doing just that, by getting away from the abuse. I wonder how much abuse is occurring that does not result in a trip to the refuge.

However, why has it increased 15% while we have a socialist government, that supposed cares. 		KiwiTT_NZ (233)

In summary, it's what I call "mutual support".

Mutual support is neither socialist, facist, or even Rogernomicist :), it is hopefully a sign of humanity.

When you are battling across the tops in a storm, you can either just look after yourself, or provide support for those less able.

Consider under Stalinism, people had to keep their noses clean or they were whisked away by the KGB and never seen again, millions and millions.

After the fall of Communism, and privatisation of commerce, the Russian maffia came out of the woodwork, kidnappings, murder, muggings on the street, graft and corruption.
Once it was the perogative of the government to do that sort of thing, now it has spread to free enterprise.....go figure........... :confused:
