I'ts installed and works just fine except it only prints A4 not A3 I have gone into control panel and selected a3 as my preference. I have entered 11.5x16 inches in the graphics programme But it still prints a4 How can I solve this please? regards, Ojos |

| 697676 | 2008-08-16 08:08:00 | when you click "print" under file in word or office; it should have the option "scale page to;" with a drop down menu.. Have you tried setting it to A3? cheers |
