452977 2006-05-07 10:30:00 Bought a digital camera recently (6 years old). Software has facility for taking pics via PC using time lapse. But the minimum interval is 1 minute.
OK here's the silly question. What are the chances of being able to tweak the software to have shorter intervals?

452979 2006-05-07 21:14:00 If the camera is a Canon Powershot, you could try alternative PC control software that is not limited to 1 minute. www.granitebaysoftware.com PaulD (232)
452980 2006-05-08 06:18:00 If the camera has webcam support try webcam timershot, seems to be what you're looking for.

"This PowerToy lets you take pictures at specified time intervals from a Webcam connected to your computer and save them to a location that you designate."

The camera is a Minolta and KonicaMinolta pulled out of camera manufacturing at the end of March this year.
I've found a website devoted to the particular software so I'll try that avenue.
