I have a bad feeling that they have closed down suddenly which potentially means I have lost a bit of money.

454626 2006-07-08 02:30:00 I'm not at all surprised, I used them once and they were absolutely awful! The worst online service I have ever had.
As he did not offer Creditcard facility I sent payment immediately after placing the online order. I have never had a bank payment not go through over night, however it apparently took 8 days to arrive in his account, and then he took another 4 days to post it out to me. He would not answer the phone and ignored e-mails as well. On top of that the invoice was not a valid GST invoice and he took a further week to supply his GST number. When I did phone him he said his computer had crashed, I said that did not relate to his GST number, it should be printed somewhere or in a file, just cos his computer was down did not mean he had lost his GST number completely.

So he effectively had my $250 for nearly two weeks before I received my product that was supposedly in stock when I ordered it. He also told me after the event that he only posted on Wed and Fri, however his website did not state that. It was his lying to me that my money had not arrived that really bothered me though, in all the internet payments I have ever made this is only one that supposedly did not arrive overnight, and certainly the only one that took 8 days. 		krisby (10398)

I imagine he ordered everything on demand, and couldn't afford to actually keep stock. 		george12 (7)
