| 455056 | 2006-05-18 11:10:00 | A bit of a turn around from from something like: "We will not be giving refunds, Telecom does not have a policy in place to do this"... a few days before the Commerce Commission suggested that Telecom, like any other business, are required to to give a credit/refund for a service that has not been received. Perhaps it is the 'new face' of Telecom... and good on them for seeing the light :thumbs: |
