Therein lies an important kernel of what I call "socially sanctioned dishonesty" - IOW everyone does this BS number, particularly corporate 'leaders', politicians etc, all the way from the top down. After getting trained by their PR groomers and practising in front of the mirror they can then be seen to be speaking with 'the gravity of authority' and come across as 'believable' and 'trustworthy'. The thing is it's all engineered BS - a mask, a persona, totally inauthentic. If you watch these people carefully, you can often see the mask crack for a split second when things don't go quite the way they planned. But it's soon covered over again by various corporate and political smokescreens. Nothing more than a crock. |

Correct me if Im wrong but didnt the U/B stratergy only come into exsistence because of the moves made by Miz Gattung and her fellow directors?, A little less arrogance and a bit less raping the public pockets and U/B would never have happened, all it would have taken was offering a product that was a bit closer to being value for money. Though it was probally that last round of marketing that tipped the scales...... |

| 454283 | 2006-05-12 10:26:00 | realistic caps are fine, lets say 40GB, that would cover nearly the entire spectrum of users needs. People should complain about 200mb, 1gb, 3gb and 10 gb caps, especially when compared to the premium prices charged. |
