2008-08-19 23:41:00 | Why does my DVD-Rom and CD-RW show up like this in My Computer? img110.imageshack.us The icon isn't correct for the CD-RW and they both say MMC/SD. Also, can I change the icons for my removable devices? I have Windows Home Edition.

2008-08-19 23:46:00 | It was like that before I changed the icons though... Plus I just reinstalled Windows XP a few days ago.

2008-08-19 23:58:00 | You've installed an icon pack or something? It sounds a bit like Windows has somehow got it's drive names messed up. Maybe delete them from device manager and reboot, see if it re-installs them properly.

2008-08-20 00:04:00 | The combo drive I used to have in this computer messed up somehow. I took it out and replaced it with 2 single drives and it still looks like that. I just installed them not 40 minutes ago. I used ICON Tweaker to change the icons...but they were like that before I did that.

2008-08-20 02:23:00 | You don't have one of those DVD drives that has a flash card reader built in do you? | Agent_24 (57) | |
2008-08-20 17:17:00 | I don't really wanna change anything in the registry, I would rather just keep it like it is, I don't wanna screw anything up... My computer has the flash reader,sd card reader and all that stuff built in.
