456886 2006-05-22 20:59:00 Phex - sourceforge.net or http://phex.kouk.de BoboTheClown (5652)
456887 2006-05-22 21:10:00 Kazaa is known spyware.

LimeWire, eMule, any BitTorrent client.

456889 2006-05-22 22:38:00 Limewire seems to be very popular. Winston001 (3612)
456890 2006-05-22 23:07:00 Kazaa is crap. You can find just about anything in Emule, but you will have to wait in line for ages, limewire is good, but I would say that bittorrent is the best. Greven (91)
456891 2006-05-23 08:22:00 Nothing can compete with Kazaa. Kazaa is the most useless piece of crap spyware infested, leech orientation (where no one shares anything) piece of dog turd that only noobs use.

Depends on what you want to do as to what is best. PRIVATE torrent sites and DC++(revconnect) hubs for "appro" movies and games blow Limeware and eMule etc out of the water for speed and share ratio's, but are harder to get into. Limeware and eMule better for music downloads.

456892 2006-05-25 02:11:00 Limewire is good but still full of ads and is a system hog.

I switched over to Cabos (cabos.sourceforge.jp), a free program which uses the same networks as limewire, looks the same (without the ads) and runs much better.

DC++ revconnect with multisource is probably the best actually

eMule pretty good, haven't used it for a while though. (and the kad network would always kill my modem)
