698642 2008-08-21 11:38:00 Already have-with revo. Double check by downloading and running-see if it shows up the same box as mine.
Nod32 scanning now and have picked up a few nasties, most are autorun.infs for all my drives, PSW online games, I think your suspicions are correct. I've heard that once the autorun.infs are deleted u can't open drives, i.e it shows up a window saying "choose program to open with" if this does happen then whats the easiest way to fix that?

Thanks for all the help so far speedy and wt.

698644 2008-08-21 11:46:00 this (www.imagef1.net.nz) message keeps popping up- sometimes with a different drive d,c,f,g, it says "moved to quarantine" but where is the quarintine? And is Esset Smart security Nod32? Blam (54)
698645 2008-08-21 11:49:00 If its quarantined, it should be OK. Look in its help file to see where it is

As it says it deleted it

Scan the whole hdd with NOD32

698648 2008-08-21 21:07:00 is Esset Smart security Nod32 Smart Security is Nod32 antivirus with a built in firewall. Nod32 Antivirus is antivirus only.

If you want to look at the files in quarantine, look on the Icon bar by the clock, there you will see what looks like a green Eye, ( not brown eye :p ) right click it, and select quarantine, it will show you what files are there. but you wouldn't want to put them back as they will be infected. By right clicking the infected file,it gives you options - delete is the only one I would use.

If the autorun on a drive is damaged, go to here and download (www.microsoft.com) the file, run it, and select the drive you are having problems with, it will scan and usually repair the problem if it has one.

They seem to be hidden very well into the memory...
