456913 2008-01-30 22:27:00 Being bored (or to put it more accurately uninspired to work right now) I wondered how Mr Milky got on?
 I was reading that thread for a while before I noticed the date!
Will be interesting to see if Mr Milky responds

456915 2008-01-31 04:22:00 Havent read the entire thread however as someone who has been in business (family), i can advise you it may be best to run the business as a sole trader or partnership, as Labour has increase the compliance papers 3 fold in the 8 yrs they have been in power and every piece of compliance paper work costs YOU money.

Company business paperwork are government income generators.

456916 2008-01-31 05:45:00 you need to have experience, experience & oh, experience.
but hey it's easy as pie. which my poor old mum spent 6 days a week making.

For one pie? I take it she rested on the 7th day.:dogeye:

Seriously though, you make good sense on this issue.

I live in a small town located in the Waikato and I have seen many outlets come and go. We have a Burger King, McDonalds and KFC along with others.
I do not spend my money in any of the first three.

Mostly I cook for myself but there are two other places I go.
One is located in a caravan on SH1 and everytime I get there I join the queue. Similar is a Chinese food place where there are damn all passers by but there is still a waiting period.

And Greg since when did Auckland move to the Waikato?
I don't think we have sushi here. Never seen it in this town anyway.
