| 455674 | 2006-05-19 06:24:00 | Husband is chainsawing, comes down the drive for lunch (he's a diabetic you see so stopping for lunch is crucial - in the dream he's starting to lose it and he's half off his head) and the chainsaw is still going and I'm running up to tell him to turn it off and he cuts off an arm, he keeps coming, I'm still running, sloooowwwllllyyyy like you do in dreams, and he cuts a leg off, theres a huge mess all over the drive and I've reached him and he's still coming down the drive, albeit lurching cause of the stump and I can't get the chainsaw off him because its still revving madly and hes still waving it around and then he cuts off the other leg. And then he still keeps coming. Then I wake up. Have you ever watched Monty Python and the Holy Grail ?? If you have, or do, then you will know what I mean ! Misty :lol: |

| 455675 | 2006-05-19 06:34:00 | The worst dreams however are the ones where you are just about to get intimate with some gorgeous woman and then your partner wakes you up :stare: You sure as hell better be moaning her name before she wakes you, or your return to consciousness might be abruptly CUT short.....or something else could be cut short, depending on the name and how loud the moans were I guess. It goes something like this : ah sweet sweet dream, this is bliss, *yeah baby this is so cosy*, unintended utterance, roll over and reach out, subconscious says : *did I just say that?*, you body freezes as you momentarily panic, your mind is racing, *did I get away with it?*, followed by sheer terror & dread, *please don't wake*, followed by “What the…?” and OUCH!!! I wouldn't call it a strange dream, and the total elapsed time = 1.5 seconds but the pain was real.....or so I've heard :blush: |
