455279 2006-05-16 08:09:00 We use NZ couriers for work & there are lots of instances where they have not got signatures even though we put on the required lime green stickers. They have even been known to leave packages in letterboxes & not always leaving the card in the box if people aren't home.

455280 2006-05-16 08:54:00 Please, for the love of God and all things considered holy by anyway, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR FASTWAY.

The bastards owe me $550, and they wont admit they lost a package that hasn't gone anywhere for three months.

I hate them.

455281 2006-05-16 08:58:00 NZ Couriers are excellent, no missing packages or problems.

PBT are the worst I have used, had a couple of instances where the courier has had my parcel in their van for over a week before dropping it off.

455282 2006-05-16 12:32:00 Fastways and PBT are total crap, stay away from them.

CourierPost & NZ Couriers all good. Haven't had anything go missing with Poste Haste either, Ascent often use them.

I know all about PBT which is why they weren't even on my list...

455284 2006-05-16 21:20:00 Michael Ryan will be available as an independent very soon, but I think he only delivers to cycle clubs in Wellington.

Cheers

455285 2006-05-17 01:55:00 Its an urban location, they [Courier Post] will only leave a card in the letterbox, advising the item can be picked up from the PostShop.

You're lucky. For me, they return the item to the sender saying the place is an empty section. The house has only been there for a bit over 100 years.

NZ Couriers do better. They decided that the street doesn't exist. It's been there longer than my house.

455286 2006-05-17 05:34:00 Sounds like all could do with a rev up.
Useless gits.

455287 2008-01-14 23:52:00 Bloody PBT are the absolute worst. They just cannot be counted on for anything. I literally had a courier on the phone asking me where a street in Auckland is about a week after it was posted and only after I chased up PBT repeatedly. I made the mistake of purchasing a bunch of courier bags. Each time something would go wrong with a delivery - lost, or badly delayed - PBT would send me more courier bags as compensation. I now have perhaps 50 bags left, having used around 30 bags. I'd say out of those 30 used, 10 were lost or badly delayed or not recorded as delivered when it was. They've just lost another delivery to me. Never, ever, EVER go near this company. mattb02 (10413)
455288 2008-01-15 00:05:00 What gets me is, and this has been different couriers, but I don't remember who, is their service when they deliver.
Sometimes they'll leave it at the door even if it's signature required.

And sometimes, this happened the other day, they'll stand at the door yelling (I think it was NZ Courier) "NZ Courier Open Up!" as if they're the police, lol they didn't even knock or ring the door bell.

Sure they're always in a hurry to deliver crap, but a lot of them need to be a lot more polite. That and learn what "OVERNIGHT COURIER MEANS", not "Ok this guy paid $7, he can wait 4 days"
