| 699124 | 2008-08-21 07:54:00 | I'm trying to add to the Grub - menu 1st file, so that there is an entry which allows me to select the floppy drive as one of the OS boot options. Tried title Floppy root (fd0) makeactive chainloader +1 and some variations on that, but it still doesn't work. There is a reaction from the floppy drive, a momentary noise, but it still doesn't boot. The message is error 12: Invalid device requested. There is definitely a bootable floppy in the drive. Any suggestions as to what might be wrong please? |
