| 698465 | 2008-08-18 22:52:00 | A guy here at work is having a problem with his home (desktop) computer. I said I'd have a look at it. Rather than going to his house, I assume I can remotely look at it. Other than logmeinfree (which I occassionally use to access my work computer but find it very slow) what free options do I have? He is running Vista, I am on Windows XP. He is not on our work network at home. |

Put that in (the person giving help) and connect. The person wanting help needs to accept your connection (and needs to install Crossloop as well) Altho it can be slow even on broadband |

| 698467 | 2008-08-18 23:21:00 | I use Zolved (www.zolved.com)all the time with my clients. It uses UltraVNC so it automatically adjusts display settings etc for the speed of the connection. Nothing to install on either machine, just run a small executable. |
