698346 2008-08-18 05:31:00 Does anyone use a wireless headset?

I want a full headphone type over both ears capable of pumping through both voice and game sounds from 2 different applications at the same time.

Wireless is a must as I am sick of getting the wires in the way, clear sound is crucial also.

Any recommendations, anyone use a wireless set, I have having a very hard time trying to find one that will do the job.

698347 2008-08-18 07:57:00 I was given wireless headphones (Phillips) for Christmas last year and I couldn't use them because I have a wireless router for my network. The interference from the router made them completely useless. Just something to consider. lakewoodlady (103)

How far away from the source do you plan on being most of the time?

Less than a metre

698350 2008-08-18 09:06:00 Sony wireless ones are rather nice.

I have a el-cheapo pair from Singapore that does the job very well for me and its less than 0.5m from my router and there's no problem but if you want good sound, then Sony is the safest bet.

I have been looking at the logitech stuff but the reason I am buying new headset is because my current logitech wired set is having problems....

I am a little wary buying another one.

698355 2008-08-18 11:10:00 Quality usually comes at a price, and being wireless just adds another thing to go wrong.

Do you have a price range ??
