| 699648 | 2008-08-23 05:42:00 | Hi Guys, We are shifting shortly and need to organize phone power etc, we are with vodafone with our bband and phones and when I asked them other day how much to shift our account to the new address they came back with a figure of almost $200!!!!! this is crazy, I am sure the hose we are moving to already has bband activated so shouldnt I be able to just plug the modem into the socket at the new house and be connected? I realise there is a cost involved with shifting the phone number to the new addy but the $100+ figure for shifting bband seems to much, anyone shed any light on this for me? Cheers |

I did that and when we moved and it wasn't connected I called them they said I had not called to arrange in advance I quoted the stuff I had down got a free month out of them | gary67 (56) | ||
