| 458779 | 2006-05-30 20:57:00 | 1) Pseudephedrine hcl + aspirin 2) full night's sleep 3) lots of fluids 4) some times "sweat it out" in an electric blanket, followed by warm shower 5) drink non-bottled water (tap water-type) all year long 6) don't bother with vitamins (Americans have the most valuable urine in the world) Antibiotics don't work for flu or colds unless they are bacterial (they aren't!) If you feel like Bandini (US brand of garden fertilizer), and you don't have a fever, you DON'T have the flu! |

| 458786 | 2006-06-30 06:00:00 | Lemsip is horrible. If you have any real leamons handy, make yourself a hot lemon & honey drink & have a panadol with it - same as lemsip, except it tastes better. | Greven (91) | ||
| 458787 | 2006-06-30 06:23:00 | I agree! Lemsip is the most horrid drink ever invented :yuck: I decided to try it last time I had a cold, and decided I'd rather be ill than drink that stuff again . You might as well just take some vitamin C and some panadol by itself . |
