2006-05-25 21:18:00 | Hmmm, memorable post. I think it would be how paranoia I was when Metla created a thread with the title "Adults Only" and a URL to somewhere else. Hi James*. The noun "paranoia" should be replaced with the adjective "paranoid". Regards.

Cheers :) And I wonder how many people are now typing "Adults Only" in to the search box PS: Must be JameKans Shout on Wednesday |

2006-05-27 01:34:00 | [beetle mode begins] I think . . . . . . . . . , we should think more about, um, how about more nonsensical, or even . . . . . . . sensical posts for the future, rather than . . . . . Hypothesising here, in a meandering sort of way . . . . . . . . . Instead of the past, lets create more wonderful thought provoking stuff for the now and the future . . . . . . . . . Lets not be shy to express our . . . . . . feelings . . . clouds and fairies Or where has your caffeine taken you today? Greg [/beetle mode ends] :D ;)

2006-05-27 01:46:00 | Is This (pressf1.co.nz) the adults only thread you are talking about? | Greven (91) | |
2006-05-27 01:52:00 | Nope. It was this one (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz). | FoxyMX (5) | |
2006-05-27 03:50:00 | Nope. It was this one (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz). LOL Foxy. That reminds me of me from the past, so naive and easily tricked! Another memorable thread would be when a person named Julie who kept us entertained by repeatedly defending her (presumably) claim that software firewalls are practically as useless as no firewall. At the same time, she also stressed the importance of having hardware firewalls. The battle was between her and Tweak'e. Cheers :)

2006-05-27 05:08:00 | Any thread by beetle is um.... memorable, with ensuing posts at least enlightening as to the permutations of interpretation by fellow PF1ers of the stream of conciousness so succinctly outlined in the original musing. Have to say my favourite threads were the old Metla stirrings, before he became the 'new age' Metla we know and... well 'appreciate' :)
