| 699342 | 2008-08-22 05:19:00 | i wanted to know if it is possible to hack my friends computer over msn by sending him a file or something? i dont want it to harm his computer i just want to paly a prank or something by controlling his computer if possible is there a way to do that? remember i dont want anything bad to happen to his pc just control it for a while or something? or even access his files? |

Such actions are covered by Section 252 of the Crimes Act 1961 and are subject to a penalty of up to 2 years imprisonment if found guilty. More immediately, it is against the PF1 rules to ask for help regarding this sort of material. |

| 699346 | 2008-08-22 10:57:00 | You haven't heard of the case recently where a 19 year old woman hacked into some girl's hotmail and bebo/myspace account? She got arrested. Apparently her offence can slam her in the hole for seven years. Not sure what they've done to her as of now though. |
