| 460452 | 2006-06-04 23:11:00 | This is for all sky digital subscribers A number of SKY Digital channels will be off the air on 6th June from 1AM for a period of up to two hours for routine maintenance . Once the maintenance has been completed, to restore normal service simply 'channel up' on your remote . Firstly change channels using the channel up/down button . If this does not restore your picture select Ch . 40 (Disney Channel) or Ch . 56 (CNN) . If these pictures are restored this means your decoder is working correctly but that maintenance is still continuing on the affected services . If pictures are not restored on any service including Ch . 40 or Ch . 56, Turn off the switch at the power point and then unplug the power lead for the SKY Decoder from the mains supply (wall socket outlet) . Wait approximately 15 seconds and then reconnect the power supply to the decoder . Your picture should be restored in 60 seconds . In the unlikely event your decoder still does not work SKY will arrange for a technician to visit you . Please call 0800 759 759 . What SKY digital channels are affected? Preview, SKY Sport 1, 2 and 3, The Rugby Channel, ESPN, Trackside, All WTV channels, TV3, C4, PRIME, The Living Channel, Food TV, SKY 1, UKTV, E!, SKY Movies 1 and 2, MGM, Rialto, Playhouse Disney, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, The History Channel, Arts Channel, SKY News Australia New Zealand, Juice TV, J2, Shine, CCTV-9, Spice 2, National Geographic, Discovery, SKY Box Office Ch . 60, Spice 2 Interactive services and SKY’s Radio and Music Services . What SKY digital channels are not affected? Spice 1, Playboy, TCM, BBC World, CNN, Southland TV, Animal Planet, Disney Channel, TV One and TV2 |
