Sorry I couldn't resist :)

A few people wanted to see a speed test.

460379 2006-06-04 10:20:00 Ummmm? That is full speed. The few kbits/sec you're not getting are attributable to network overhead. Erayd (23)

460383 2006-06-05 00:52:00 I'll hang in there at 2MB for that price - as although I find it hard to keep under my 20 Gig limit, I'd probably be challenged to download 80 gig a month unless I developed an interest in movies. Even then - $3 a week at the library is a hard deal to beat. With these latest deals - Telstra Clear is doing a pretty good job of cheaper and faster internet. Just keep making it cheaper I say. I was only kidding about not getting full speed Bletch, this is a skite.

Also keep in mind gibler that includes phone, so you have to minus about $42 off that to get the cost of broadband (a little under $90), which is still a tad steep I agree. But better than paying $69 for my 2MB 40gig DSL with dial up speeds at night time (and unplayable pings for online gaming).

To be honest I usually get about 6MB, however the response times of web pages is crap loads faster than DSL, and online gaming pings are 30-40% lower and more stable.

I can't stop crying with happiness.
