Glad they have improved the installer, as when I last checked out Ubuntu it was a tad ugly for such a polished distro. Must download it again when it is released tomorrow and give it a whirl. :) |

| 459727 | 2006-06-01 10:48:00 | What? You mean its release already?It's been available as an unstable release for yonks. I've been on it for 6 months at the bleeding edge. The official release is when they freeze the distro at a stable point, from then on they only make security updates, no major platform changes. |
