| 460281 | 2006-06-05 05:51:00 | We went and saw the X Men : the last stand....on friday nite and it was real good................. :illogical but then i like that sort of thing, as i have the dvd 1 and 2 of it......LOL If you would be so kind Ninjabear please let me know what you think of the Posideon. Oh and Shortcircuit i heard Pink is so last season......... :p beetle I was under the impression that a few of the X-men wore lycra suits ... or wait, maybe it was Superman? Thanks for depressing me beetle... you know it's impossible to dye lycra :( I might just have to wear it around the house until it comes back into fashion. I saw the Poseiden yesterday (see- I have a life!) It was no worse than the 1st one, but I missed Shelly Winters (?) doing the 100metres in her diaphrenous party frock. They could have gotten Richard Dreyfuss (I think it was him) to 're-inact' that bit. The special effects were good, story lame and spolit a bit by knowing the ending. It just felt to me like it didn't have much 'oomph' despite all the explosions and things... much like around here at the mo |

| 460287 | 2006-06-05 06:27:00 | Sir Bernard & Lady Docker - Sir Bernard used to be head of BSA Daimler. In those days nickel for chrome plating was severly limited. Sir Bernard was no fool - he had his Daimler gold plated - I saw it - frankly it looked ghastly. |
