| 1430546 | 2017-01-07 22:56:00 | I am having problems with PDF reader. 1 If I receive a PDF as an attachment I can only print it from SumatraPDF; Adobe PDF tells me that there are no pages to print selected. 2 If a PDF is part of the message eg from Westpac Credit card, or Fairfax media, it wont download. I get a message: "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (0:104)" I contacted Westpac and they emailed my MasterCard statement, which could only be printed in SumatraPDF. I have tried to update from the PDF screen Help, but am told I have the latest version (2015.020.20047) I have also tried the repair from the same place, but it gets part way though and stops. The next thing was to remove Adobe acrobat PDF, and download it again. It doesn't work any better. |
