| 1429690 | 2016-12-11 21:59:00 | I am trying to change from Windows Live Mail to Mozilla Thunderbird (on Windows 10). I have downloaded Thunderbird and it asks me for my existing three details, User Name, email address (which we want to keep) and password. Now I keep getting the message that either the user name or password is incorrect. Initially I had troubles, but then worked out that the details are in Live Mail under Accounts. Where there is the server tab I could see password and just to be sure I entered in a fresh password so that I was certain I have it correctly. However, after all this I still get the same message that the user name or password is incorrect. Help please !! |

| 1429691 | 2016-12-11 23:34:00 | It's pretty straight forward as you do Automatic Configuration support.mozilla.org You may have to add your Password's for your Accounts and they will the same as you use for your Windows Mail that your ISP's password If you go into the settings of your Windows Mail everything should be the same in Thunderbird(Send/Receive) |
