| 701075 | 2008-08-28 20:29:00 | I'm using Vista. Whenever I use a desktop icon to open a program, the program opens half size on the monitor. How can i change this to permanently open the screen at full size? |

| 701077 | 2008-08-29 05:32:00 | If you right click on the icon of the program you want to open full screen, click properties and then select Run: Maximized. That's in XP, I can't check Vista right now but it should be the same. |
