Not very happy that australia is taking over everything  Fairfax also owns APC Mag, Australia PC World, and one other computer mag in Australia, as well as TradeMe of course. So Fairfax has money and a solid base. This might be a good thing for PCWorld. But licensing sounds like they will be using just the name to publish stuff they have already like syndicated content from the other mags. Fairfax may or may not be taking on existing PCWorld staff. |

| 461543 | 2006-06-08 10:17:00 | Fairfax=The Suck. If anyone can put a positive spin on Fairfax control I would love to hear it, It would rank right up there with 50's sci-fi.... |

| 461545 | 2006-06-08 11:28:00 | It would rank right up there with 50's sci-fi....I was about to point out the folly of your post but it turns out that Isaac Asimov wrote most of the stories used in the 'Foundation' series in the 40's so I take my virtual hat off to you for your knowledge in this field....almost an 'own goal' on my part..... | andrew93 (249) | ||
| 461546 | 2006-06-08 15:15:00 | While it is sad to see the change. Remember that it is just changing from one multinational conglomerate to another. | Jeremy (1197) | ||
